2016 Seco—(41% Touriga Nacional, 33% Tinta Cão, 26% Alvarelhão)—A blend of Portuguese varieties from the Sumu Kaw Vineyards, this wine has a exquisite berry compote expression. Blackberries (Touriga), cherries (Tinta Cão), and red raspberries (Alvarelhão) abound in this food-focused blend. With a hint of rustic tannins, think grilled sausages, paella, and cumin/smoked paprika to pair perfectly.
